This is not a standard spa massage. It is a personalised body-and-energy experience built on Lita’s training in Traditional Balinese Massage and years of Reiki and intuitive healing practice.
Flowing Balinese-inspired techniques are combined with Reiki, energetic awareness and responsive touch to ease muscular holding, support relaxation and create a deeper sense of balance through the whole experience.
Every treatment is adapted to the individual rather than delivered as a fixed sequence. Pressure, pace, energetic focus and the overall rhythm of the session are tailored to the person in front of me.
